Tema 3 - Initial Questions:
1. What behaviors do you have that make you socially responsible?
2. Are your behaviors consistent between what you say, what you do and what you should do?
3. Undoubtedly each of you see many problems around you, things that need to be changed. What do you feel really needs to change? Are you part of the problem or part of the solution?
1. I thing I always try to do my best to be socially responsible, even though it’s never enough and is always useful to try to learn other ways to do it. I always try to understand other people's position and not to judge them by how they look like but instead to know them first.At my home we always give our stuff out like clothes, shoes, or even food if we have enough and we pay our employee's children's school.I think we try hard to help the other but it’s never enough.
2. Even if the question has no sense at all, because if I write something I do is because I do it, which means my actions are obviously consistent with my words, anyways as I said before I always try to do my best to be as socially helpful as possible.We always find ideas to help people but these ideas aren't always possible like for example if I try to create a school for poor people in my neighbor other people will obviously oppose because of the social issues in our city, and country, and continent.
3. I feel the thing really needs to change in this country is the thinking. If we really want to become a 1st world country one day we should start by educating our population that is the seed for a better future.I think I try to be part of the solution, that is why I am studying to become a good Ecuadorian professional, because that is what this country needs, people that trust it, people that want to change it.

about the other assignments...
I did this a lot time ago on the diary section of the moodle but I'd like to upload it here ass well.
Tema 6 - Assignment about the 3 Class Presentations:
About the S.a.t program. This program makes an effort to produce students, people with knowledge within the banana farms. The sat tries to educate this students so, they can help they own family back at home, and by doing this they can help each other out. About cooperative de todas.
It lands money so the women that participate can create their own businesses and help their family. This helps these women to be active and independent at home and to participate in the home wellness.
About the youth program: This group wants to get this young people involve, developing, to make mature decisions based on principles and to be spiritual empowered.
The project I thing it reflects my own vision of the individual is the sat program because it helps people to develop no matter how old they are and specially they provide knowledge, which for me, is the most important thing in life: to learn, to help yourself by studying.

about the class....
What has been interesting for you?
I've really enjoyed the way the class is being held by the teacher and the many ways we can help each other and ourselfs to improve, be a better person and help the others to achieve this goal.
What has challenged your way of thinking?
I think the main concept in the class is pretty clear and easy to follow and understand
What have you learned?
I've learned about today's society's failures and how many great things we could do to improve it
What would you like to learn?
I'd like to find out more ways to help our people to find a way to develop themselves and in the same time to help me help them to help everybody
What do you question?
I question why does western society, so advanced has so many people that in the 21st century lives in misery and why don't we get to a mutual agreement to help them.
What do you disagree with?
I disagree with some goverments and the way they think society should be like socialism and its populist leaders

Visita a la comerativa "de todas"
Today we had the chance to meet the facilities of “Banco solidario” “detodas” located in downtown Guayaquil in “ciudadela los almentros”
The building was small and really hard to find because the cooperative’s sign was hard to find itself. We could say that at that time of the day there were a few associates in the place.
We spoke to Mrs. Llanela Guamanga who wanted to lend 100 dollars to start an internet coffee place with other girlfriends in the “Guayacanes” area in the north of the city.
We hang out with her that day and we asked her to take us to her business which actually was her own home’s living room.
We could see that the space was very limited and in very bad shape.
Another thing that warned us was that in that area there were a few of that kind of business already as well as small restaurants and shopsLlanela needed that money to make some small upgrades to her place like painting and buying and a.c unit.
Mrs. Llanela told us that she wasn’t in the cooperatives yet because she didn’t had a clue about how to do it and for lack of time, but that she already had started filling the documents for the inscription that same day.
During our time together we asked her a few questions that we brought from class:
Why did you decide to start the business by your own?
Mrs. Llanela explained us that she already had a previous business before (“encebolladeria”) but she did it along with her husband that never really helped her and use to hit her in front of all the customers, which is why instead of making money they were losing it so this is why they stopped.
What does ur husband think about this?
The lady told us that after the failure of the “encebolladeria” and after another problems she had with him she decided to make a complaint to the police and divorce from him due to physical violence (he use to hit her).
What did you do when you lose ur last business?
She started to sell beauty and natural dietetical products (Noni juice) from home to home and among her girlfriends which were her main clients
Why did you decide to change your business?
The lady told us that in her area there were already some internet cafés but she was sure that one more, not to close from the others will give her good profits, plus she assure us that her business was going to be good because her own sons will run the place and take care of everything.
What does another your girlfriends thing about that?
Her friends were really proud of her and there were other few that wanted to do the same thing and abandon their own small business and gather together to start something bigger.
To finish my blog entry I would like to emphasize how this initiative has made that lots of people rise up and decide to get busy to start their own businesses, that is something that really works for giving movement to ideas from people that plus get organized and help each other.
